Terms of sale and use

1. The service

Lushvae is a third-party desktop application for Transformice. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Atelier 801. A licence gives one Discord account access to the Lushvae app and its online services for the period of the plan bought, on the number of PCs stated by the plan.

Core, Flow and Apex are offered for 30 days or with no licence expiry date (Lifetime). Each purchase is a single payment, with no automatic renewal. Available features depend on the selected plan and each licence allows one PC.

2. Delivery

Licences are digital and delivered automatically: the licence is linked to your Discord account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. You can then download Lushvae and use it right away.

3. No refunds after purchase

Because a licence is digital content delivered and usable immediately, no refund is owed once the licence has been delivered. By paying, you ask for immediate delivery and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started (where that right exists, for example under EU consumer law).

A refund is only considered in cases of real necessity, for example:

• you were charged twice for the same order;
• you paid but no licence was ever delivered, and support could not deliver it;
• the service stayed unusable for every user for a long period because of a fault on our side;
• a refund is required by law in your country.

Not liking the app, no longer playing, a ban or restriction on your game account, a Transformice update, or a licence revoked for breaking these terms are not grounds for a refund. Requests go through Discord support within 14 days of the payment, with the order reference.

4. Your account and keys

A licence is personal. Sharing, reselling or publishing a key, or using it on more PCs than the plan allows, can lead to revocation without refund. Device resets are done on request through support.

5. Your risk

Using third-party software with an online game can break that game's rules. You use Lushvae at your own risk; we are not responsible for sanctions on your game account. Features can change, be added or be removed between versions.

6. Payments and privacy

Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Card details are collected by that provider; our server receives order identifiers and payment status. We keep your Discord ID and username, your licence and the PCs linked to it. We do not sell this data.

Connection IP addresses are kept with licence access records for abuse prevention. If network checks are enabled, the public connection IP is sent over HTTPS to proxycheck.io to identify VPN, proxy or Tor networks. Licence keys and game credentials are never sent to that service. Detection can be incomplete or incorrect; contact support to request a review.

7. Changes

These terms can change; the version shown here applies to new purchases from its date.
